The start of a healthier lifestyle? Superfoods! We all know that there are a lot of foods that aren’t all that healthy for us. Food is a very important topic in our life. But how was the food at times of North American Indian? And how did it develop? Now I will give a brief insight into the change in food culture in North America from Indian times to today. At times of Indians they chased her food. The main food were meat of animals from the forest and fish for example deer and seals. The meat was cooked, grilled, smoked or eaten raw. Also much food was plants and berries because they were very easy to collect. Because there was no medication like today, crops and medicinal plants were also used very often.
